Our service is free to you for most loans. We're paid a commission by the lender when your loan settles, which doesn't affect your interest rate or loan terms. For some complex or commercial scenarios, we may discuss a fee arrangement upfront.
Typically 2-4 weeks from application to formal approval, depending on the lender and complexity. We can often get pre-approval within a few days to help you start house hunting with confidence.
You can purchase with as little as 5% deposit, though 20% avoids Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI). First home buyers may access government schemes with lower deposits. Family guarantees can also help you buy sooner with less savings.
